If you added or changed your token in your .env.local file, Next.js requires a server restart to recognize new environment variables.
If your environment variable STRAPI_TOKEN isn’t being loaded correctly, your app will make requests anonymously as a Public user. If public access is disabled, Strapi returns a 403 error:
In your Strapi Admin Panel, go to Settings -> Users & Permissions Plugin -> Roles.
Click on the Public role.
Scroll down to Permissions and find Category.
Check find and findOne (and do the same for Article / article if your blogs are also failing).
Click Save.
